Refund Policy — Boosts & Subscription Plans
Refunds for Boosts and Subscription Plans apply ONLY to duplicate or accidental double-payments for the same boost or plan. If you were charged twice, email support@fundivanaservices.com with both transaction IDs and we'll refund the duplicate within 3–5 business days.
Disclaimer: We do NOT issue refunds for boosts or subscriptions that are already active or in progress. Once a boost goes live or a subscription period begins, the payment is considered committed and non-refundable — including unused days if you cancel early. For quality concerns on an active service, please open a dispute instead.
